Account information you provide: your name, email, role (brand or creator), and profile details such as company name, handle, genre, city, audience information, and rate card.

Content you upload: campaign briefs, messages, portfolio images, and payment proof documents.

Usage and technical data: basic logs needed to operate the service securely, such as sign-in activity for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

To operate the marketplace — matching brands with creators, running campaigns, processing escrow and payouts, and generating campaign reports.

To keep accounts secure — including login rate-limiting, idle session timeouts, and an audit log of sensitive administrative actions.

To communicate with you — in-app notifications about invites, payouts, messages, and verification decisions.

Your public creator or brand profile is visible to other users of the platform as needed to make collaborations work — for example, a creator's rate card and stats are shown to brands.

We do not sell your personal information. Payment proof documents are private and visible only to you and Collaby's review team.

All data is protected by row-level security so each user can only access their own records. Payment proofs are stored in a private bucket with strict access controls.

Escrow movements are tracked in an immutable ledger, and sensitive admin actions are recorded in an audit log. Sessions automatically expire after a period of inactivity.

You can review and update most of your profile information at any time from your dashboard.

You may request deletion of your account; note that certain records (such as financial ledger entries required for accounting integrity) may be retained as permitted by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The 'last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision.
