Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Collaby. Accounts are for brands seeking creator collaborations and for creators offering content services.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Some accounts and badges are subject to verification. Collaby may approve, reject, or revoke verification at its discretion to protect the integrity of the marketplace.

You may not impersonate another person or brand, or misrepresent your audience, reach, or performance metrics.

When a brand funds a campaign, the campaign total — the creators' combined rates plus Collaby's 10% platform fee — is held in escrow.

Funds are released to a creator only after the agreed content is posted and the brand verifies it is live. Collaby acts as a neutral escrow holder and is not a party to the underlying creative agreement.

Creators receive 100% of their listed rate. The 10% platform fee is paid by the brand and is Collaby's only charge.

If a brand and creator disagree about a delivery, either party may raise a dispute. Collaby's team reviews the available evidence and resolves disputes by either releasing the disputed funds to the creator or refunding them to the brand.

Dispute decisions are made in good faith and are final for the purposes of the escrowed funds.

You agree not to use Collaby for any unlawful purpose, to post misleading or infringing content, or to circumvent the platform's payment and escrow systems by transacting off-platform to avoid fees.

Collaby may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users.

Collaby provides the marketplace 'as is'. We are not liable for the conduct of brands or creators, the quality or performance of delivered content, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the 'last updated' date above. Continued use of Collaby after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
